[Under different circumstances, that question might give him pause, but in this moment, he thinks nothing of it.]
You're more than welcome to come by mine. The board is still set up from the skirmish I had with Wyll this afternoon, and I'd just opened a bottle of Blackstaff wine before I saw your message, if you're at all interested.
[A different time and place, Koh would have been embarrassed on how she phrased it. But there were other things that currently occupied her mind.]
Good wine and a board game? Now Gale, you don't need to bribe me with a good time. How can a girl say no? Give me a moment, I'll be right over.
[Setting her journal aside, the drow prepared herself to make the short trek from the opposite side of camp. Before leaving she paused, glancing back at a large stack of books stashed along the back side of her tent. A silent debate ran its course in her mind as she pulled a small book from somewhere in the middle of the tower, tucking it safely under one arm. There, now she was ready.
Ducking through the flaps of her tent, Koh stepped out into the cool night air. The waning moon dimly shown down on the crackle of embers left over from their warm fire. Their companions all long since retreated to their little slices of home. Though moment could be heard rustling in some of their more noctual friends. Still, Koh tried he best to walk over quietly so not to disturb anyone who had fallen asleep.
It didn't take long to arrive at the front of the wizard's tent, with hers being just behind the barbarian's to the left. Should.... should she knock? Hesitating only for a moment, she gently taps on the canvas.]
[The wizard's voice responds brightly from within the tent, and should she peek past the front flap, she'll see him with a book open in one hand, eyes still fixed on the page as he reaches up and beckons for her to come in with the other.]
Please, come in! Make yourself comfortable.
[He smiles as he looks up at last, marking his place and setting his book aside.]

Laceboard? Are you sure? You're going to have to teach me how to play. I've never tried before.
